By using Nano Image AI, you agree that you will not use the service to create, edit, upload, request, store, or distribute prohibited content.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Nano Image AI to create or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content
• Nudity intended for sexual gratification
• Sexual content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous persons
• Non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, abuse material, incest content, or bestiality
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate content, or violent extremist content
• Illegal content or content intended to facilitate illegal activity
• Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, or misinformation intended to cause harm

Enforcement

We may review prompts, uploads, metadata, and generated outputs for policy compliance. If we detect prohibited content or abusive use, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

• refusing or blocking generation requests
• removing content
• suspending or terminating accounts
• reporting content or users where required by law or policy
